White High Tack Fix-All Adhesive 150ml/210g

Single-component adhesive based on a hybrid polymer with modified silanes. It features high initial tack (immediate grip) for extra-strong bonding up to 350kg on various materials* (except PE, PP, and PTFE), including metal, concrete, masonry, stone, marble, ceramic, tile, glass, polycarbonate, PVC, porcelain, wood, and more. Can be applied under any weather conditions and even on damp surfaces. With UV resistance and solvent-free formulation, Unipega High Tack Ultra is suitable for indoor and outdoor use, is paintable, and does not stain the substrate.

Surface Preparation:

The surface must be dry, clean, and free of dust and oils. Remove all material residues, especially those not sufficiently adhered to the layers (sand if necessary). Clean and degrease the surface with isopropyl alcohol and keep it dry before application. Do not use kerosene or gasoline for surface cleaning. For a better finish, it is recommended to use adhesive tape on the sides of the joint where contact with the product is not desired. For applications on substrates other than those mentioned, it is advisable to carry out a test to evaluate the adhesion and compatibility of the product.

Instructions for Use:

Apply the product to the desired area and immediately finish the application. For bonding very heavy parts, use shims. If using adhesive tape, remove it before a film forms.

Storage:

The product must be kept in its original packaging and stored in a cool place at temperatures between 5 and 30°C, protected from direct sunlight and away from heat sources. To avoid contamination of unused product, do not return any leftover material to its original container.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Shelf life (from manufacturing date): 12 months.

Usage Restrictions:

Not suitable for aquariums. Do not apply on plastics* based on polyethylene, polypropylene, nylon®, acrylic, or polytetrafluoroethylene. Do not use on parts that will come into contact with food or be continuously immersed in liquids. Not suitable for glass façades or any structural bonding that requires high strength. Before painting, it is recommended to perform a pre-test. Solvent- and oil-based paints may damage the product. Do not use on expansion joints or building façades.
