Thixotropic single-component hybrid adhesive with a high modulus, designed for bonding windshields and automotive glass in the replacement market. Features high initial adhesion and water resistance. Non-sagging properties and cures with atmospheric moisture, transforming into a flexible and durable rubber. Excellent resistance to UV rays and weather conditions.

Surface Preparation:
The surface must be clean, free of dust and oils. Remove all material residues, especially those not sufficiently adhered to the layers (sand if necessary). Clean and degrease the surface with isopropyl alcohol and keep it dry before application. Do not use kerosene or gasoline for surface cleaning. For a better finish, it is recommended to use adhesive tape on the sides of the joint where product contact is not desired. For applications on substrates other than those mentioned, it is advisable to perform a test to evaluate adhesion and product compatibility.
Application:
Cut the tip of the packaging and cut one side of the applicator nozzle in a “V” shape. Apply the adhesive to the windshield and join the glass to the vehicle within 5 minutes, pressing gently and evenly along the entire edge. Wait 8 hours before moving the vehicle. After use, leave a small amount of product at the nozzle tip to form a plug. Remove the plug before reuse. Once opened, reuse the product within one week. Clean tools before curing. Once cured, the product can only be removed mechanically.
Storage:
The product must be kept in its original packaging and stored in a cool place at temperatures between 5 and 30°C, protected from direct sunlight and away from heat sources. To avoid contamination of unused product, do not return any leftover material to its original container. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Shelf life (from manufacturing date): 9 months.
Usage Restrictions:
Not suitable for aquariums. Do not apply on plastics* based on polyethylene, polypropylene, nylon®, acrylic, or polytetrafluoroethylene. Do not use on parts that will come into contact with food or be continuously immersed in liquids. Not suitable for glass façades or any structural bonding that requires high strength. Before painting, it is recommended to perform a pre-test. Solvent- and oil-based paints may damage the product.
