Surface Preparation
The surface must be dry, clean, and free of dust and oils. Remove all material residues, especially those not properly adhered to the layers (sand if necessary). Clean and degrease the surface with isopropyl alcohol and keep it dry before application. Do not use kerosene or gasoline for surface cleaning. For a better finish, it is recommended to use masking tape on the sides of the joint where contact with the product is not desired. For applications on substrates other than those mentioned, it is advisable to perform a test to assess adhesion and product compatibility.
Application and Curing Time
Apply the product to the desired area and finish immediately. If using masking tape, remove it before a skin forms. After use, leave a small amount of product above the nozzle to form a plug. When reusing, remove the plug. Once opened, the product should be used within one week. Clean tools before curing. After curing, the product can only be removed mechanically.
Usage Indications
Single-component neutral cure silicone sealant, suitable for bonding and sealing porous and non-porous materials such as concrete, masonry, stone, ceramic, metal, glass, polycarbonate, and PVC. Does not oxidize metals. Features non-sag properties, cures at room temperature, and remains flexible for many years. Resistant to weather conditions, UV rays, and temperature variations from -30°C to 150°C.
Highly resistant to UV rays and temperature fluctuations, making it ideal for outdoor use.
Usage Restrictions
Not suitable for aquariums. Do not apply on plastics* based on polyethylene, polypropylene, nylon®, acrylic, and polytetrafluoroethylene. Not to be used on parts that will come into contact with food or be continuously immersed in liquids. Not suitable for glass façades or any structural bonding requiring high strength. Not paintable.
