The surface must be dry, clean, and free of dust and oils. Remove all residues, especially materials that are not properly adhered to the layers (sand if necessary). Clean and degrease the surface with isopropyl alcohol and keep it dry before application. Do not use kerosene or gasoline to clean the surfaces. For a better finish, it is recommended to use masking tape on the sides of the joint where product contact is not desired. For applications on substrates other than those mentioned, it is advisable to perform a test to evaluate adhesion and product compatibility.
Apply the product to the desired area and finish immediately. If using masking tape, remove it before a skin forms. After use, leave a small amount of product above the nozzle to form a plug. When reusing, remove the plug. Once opened, use the product within one week. Clean tools before curing. After curing, the product can only be removed mechanically.
