High-performance sealant for general perimeter sealing with fungicide. It is recommended for sealing and bonding aluminum, glass, tile, and sanitary ware. Suitable for non-oxidizing metals, concrete, masonry, wood, stone, ceramics, glass, PVC, and most plastics*. Offers excellent adhesion to most surfaces without the need for primer.
Hybrid Silicone bonds and seals almost all types of materials: aluminum, glass, tile, sanitary ware, concrete, masonry, wood, stone, ceramics, glass, PVC, among others. When applied, the product is white in color, but after 24 hours, once cured, it turns into a transparent film that can be painted, adapting to the desired color of your space.

The surface must be dry, clean, and free of dust and oils. Remove all residues, especially materials that are not properly adhered to the layers (sand if necessary). Clean and degrease the surface with isopropyl alcohol and keep it dry before application. Do not use kerosene or gasoline to clean the surfaces. For a better finish, it is recommended to use masking tape on the sides of the joint where contact with the product is not desired.
For applications on substrates other than those mentioned, it is advisable to perform a test to evaluate adhesion and product compatibility. Apply the product to the desired area and finish immediately. If using masking tape, remove it before a skin forms. Clean tools before curing. Once cured, the product can only be removed mechanically.
Full curing time varies depending on the temperature at the time of application and the thickness of the applied product. On colder and more humid days, full curing may take up to 10 days.
Application temperature: from 10°C to 40°C. Avoid contact with water during the first 24 hours.
The applied product thickness should not exceed 8 mm.
The product must be stored in its original packaging and kept in a cool place at a temperature between 5°C and 30°C, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. To avoid contamination of the unused product, do not return any leftover material to the original packaging. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Shelf life (from the date of manufacture): 18 months.
Do not use on mirrors or aquariums. Do not apply on plastics made of polyethylene, polypropylene, nylon®, acrylic, or polytetrafluoroethylene. Do not use on materials that will come into contact with food or be continuously immersed in liquids. Do not use on glass facades or for any structural bonding requiring strength. Do not use on surfaces that release oil, plasticizers, or solvents, such as oil-soaked wood, wet surfaces, or walls with peeling coatings. Before painting, it is recommended to perform a compatibility test. Solvent- and oil-based paints may be harmful to the product.
