Unipega Flexible Silicone is free of solvents and harsh chemicals, making it a perfect product for sustainable construction. It is waterproof, paintable, has fungicidal action, and offers UV protection, making it ideal for outdoor areas as well.

Ideal for finishes such as baseboards, door trims, aluminum frames, or fine coatings.
Apply the product by completely filling the crack. Remove excess by gently pressing a spatula over the applied area. Sand after 24 hours to finish. Clean tools before curing. Once cured, the product can only be removed mechanically.
Application temperature: 10°C to 40°C.
Avoid contact with water during the first 12 hours.
Do not use on mirrors and aquariums. Do not apply on plastics based on polyethylene, polypropylene, nylon®, acrylic, or polytetrafluoroethylene. Do not use on materials that will have contact with food or continuous immersion in liquids. Do not use on glass facades or any structural bonding that requires high strength. Avoid using on surfaces that release oils, plasticizers, or solvents, such as oil-immersed wood, wet surfaces, or walls with peeling coatings. Before painting, it is recommended to perform a preliminary test. Solvent-based and oil-based paints may be harmful to the product.
