Surface Preparation:
The surface must be dry, clean, and free of dust and oils. Remove all material residues, especially those not sufficiently adhered to the layers (sand if necessary). Clean and degrease the surface with isopropyl alcohol and keep it dry before application. Do not use kerosene or gasoline for surface cleaning. For a better finish, it is recommended to use adhesive tape on the sides of the joint where product contact is not desired. For applications on substrates other than those mentioned, it is recommended to perform a test to evaluate adhesion and product compatibility.
Application and Curing Time:
Apply the product in vertical beads measuring 10mm wide and 6mm high as shown in the figure. Join the surfaces maintaining a minimum distance of 3mm between the mirror and the substrate, and do not exceed a time of 5 minutes. Check the mirror positioning before bonding to the substrate, as the adhesive does not allow repositioning. Use support shims during mirror installation to assist the initial fixing process. Remove the shims at a minimum of 6 hours after installation. After use, leave a small amount of product at the nozzle tip to form a plug. Remove the plug before reuse. Once opened, reuse the product within one week. Clean tools before curing.
Once cured, the product can only be removed mechanically.
